Placenta Encapsulation

What Is Placenta Encapsulation?

Placenta encapsulation is the process of preparing your placenta for consumption by steaming, dehydrating, and grinding it into a powder, which is then placed into easy-to-take capsules. These capsules are taken like a daily supplement during the postpartum period.

Reported Benefits May Include:

  • Increased energy during postpartum recovery

  • Hormonal balance and mood support

  • Reduced risk of postpartum depression & anxiety

  • Faster uterine healing

  • Less bleeding

  • Lessen chances of postpartum hair loss

  • Enhanced milk production

While scientific research on placenta encapsulation is ongoing, many clients report noticeable improvements in their physical and emotional well-being after taking their placenta capsules.

What Is a Placenta Tincture?

A placenta tincture is a concentrated liquid made by steeping a small piece of the placenta in high-proof alcohol for several weeks. This creates a potent extract that can be used for years, offering long-term hormonal and emotional support.

Common Uses of Placenta Tincture:

  • Emotional balance during postpartum and weaning

  • Support during PMS or menopause

  • Natural mood stabilizer over time

  • Extended shelf life (tinctures can last indefinitely when stored properly)

Is It Safe?
