Childbirth Class

I teach basic female anatomy to understand the process of birth while also giving tools to help handle labor and delivery unmedicated.

Whether you're having a planned home birth or a hospital birth, knowing the process, what to expect, and how you can better equip yourself for birth is important. Fathers understanding, as well, helps keep him calm while seeing his wife/partner in pain. This can give him a confidence in the design of birth and encourage him on how he can know how to help his wife/partner through it instead of fearing it.

I usually have a class coming up at any given point in Arkadelphia or Hot Springs, Arkansas.
